Karen LeBlanc is an award winning actor who will soon be seen as Vanessa King in Oprah Winfrey’s new OWN TV Series THE KINGS OF NAPA. Written by multi-award winner Janine Barrois (Criminal Minds) and directed by Academy Award Winner Matthew Cherry (Hair Love), the series centers around the “King Family” as they resurrect themselves from potential ruin and navigate their way to the top of the vineyards in Napa Valley, California.
LeBlanc’s career is always in constant motion, working in Europe, the United States and Canada. After completing her role as Series Lead “Cynthia Walker” on the CBS procedural RANSOM, which shot in Budapest Hungary, LeBlanc went on to perform in guest starring roles on several hit shows including LOST IN SPACE (Netflix), GINNY & GEORGIA,(Netflix),the HBO fan favourite LOVECRAFT COUNTRY and DEPARTURE (Peacock/Global) opposite Archie Punjabi and the late great Christopher Plummer.
Other notable film and television credits include FRONTIER (Discovery) opposite Jason Momoa, JACK RYAN (Prime) opposite John Krasinski, DIGGSTOWN (CBC), KILLJOYS (CTV/SPACE), the controversial and award winning MARY KILLS PEOPLE (Global),DEFYING GRAVITY (ABC/CTV) & the feature film ASTRONAUT with Academy Award winner Richard Dreyfus
